Dedication

This blog is dedicated to those hardy souls in Prescott Arizona who in the wisdom of their nineties continue to take care of their minds, bodies and spirits to their highest. Their comment "Aging Ain't for Sissies" has inspired me to continue my exploration of the aging process as I am experiencing it.
